A prestige and long-standing Event Agency is looking for a new Creative Director.

The company are taking on some really cool projects and upcoming large-scale events, your creative concepts will go down in history. 

The company focus on delivering large events and campaigns, pushing creative boundaries and maximizing the potential of every event they work on. 

Some of their clients include FIFA, Dieago, Universal Music, UEFA.. you can imagine the type of events these will be.

Who are they looking for?

• You will be a creative Leader with a progressive and passionate view of brand experience and the events industry
• You will love culture and lead creative agendas
• You are highly driven and critical
• You will come with a fresh new outlook

What will you do?

• Work alongside the leadership team to co-create global ambition and creative strategy for the company 
• You will work on pitching and proposal, travelling all over the world to meet clients 
• You will drive the development of immersible experiences that deliver fame and fortune for clients.
• You will push creative boundaries
• Manage and lead a team of 11 
• keep informed on industry trends, global work and cultural influences
• Provide strategic insight into client work and brand experiences
• Build valuable relationships with client

What do you NEED?

• 8-10+ years of experience in experience-led storytelling 
• Evidence of winning pitches 
• PORTFOLIO ON POINT
• Ability to lead and manage a team 
• Strong Knowledge of Event Production, Immersive Technology, Audience Planning and Experience Design
• Willing and Able to travel to global clients and company offices.

Ways of working:

The company operates in Dublin, London, New York and LA. You will be expected to be in the Dublin office Often, so ideally you'll live in Dublin or London. 

- If you would be willing to move to Dublin Temporarily this would be an Added Bonus!!
