CALLING ALL Senior Event Producers looking for a PERM role based in London  with an Award Winning Events Agency! 

 

With a strong track record managing large budgets and high-profile clients. Do you excel at making critical decisions that ensure seamless client communication, top-notch live output, and exceptional customer experiences. As a key player, you'll lead communications between stakeholders, teams, and suppliers, steering projects from inception to completion. Serving as a trusted partner to the Project Directors & Director of Live, you'll not only deliver outstanding events but also mentor and inspire your team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Client Account Management: Oversee the daily management of key client accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery while maintaining budget control and proactively managing client expectations.
  • Client Relationship Building: Strengthen and expand existing client relationships.
  • Brief Management: Handle updates and changes to project briefs, ensuring internal teams are well-informed and aligned.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between all stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor client account financials, prepare and present budget reports, and develop fee proposals aligned with project timelines.
  • Pre-Production Leadership: Lead the planning process for large-scale, complex projects, managing resources from pre-production through on-site execution.
  • Content Management: Coordinate internal and external content creators, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Event Execution: Oversee the live event schedule, brief staff and crew, and serve as the on-site lead, managing client interactions and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Post-Event Reporting: Create detailed post-event reports, analyzing ROI and recommending enhancements. Lead or assist in client debriefs, presenting budget reconciliations with actionable insights.
  • Team Support & Development: Provide guidance and motivation to the project team, offering training and mentorship to junior staff members. Identify and support the development of personal objectives and training needs within the team.
