Are you a Technically minded Architect or Technician looking to work at an established nationwide practice? This is a permanent position to work for the growing London office with a salary circa £40,000 depending on experience. Experienced Technical Part II's may also be considered.

This is a pure delivery focused position and you'll need to be able to demonstrate a strong technical background and understanding to be considered. You'll be operating within RIBA stages 4-6 and will be expected to produce quality detailing packages, tender packages, visit site and work alongside clients and contractors on site. Client facing experience would be a bonus. With an interesting flow of projects ranging from Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Leisure you won't be pigeon holed in one specific type of project so adaptability is key. You will need experience in some the mentioned sectors, a pure residentially focused individual might not suit the work at this time. 

Revit fluency is an absolute must. You'll be producing drawing using Revit from very early on so the expectation is that you're very comfortable and can hit the ground running with Revit. 

This is to join the London office which is the smallest of the offices at this particular practice however with the biggest plans and forecast to grow in the next 18 months. There are clear career paths within the company and a healthy pipeline of work for the foreseeable future.

I'm currently assisting a large practice in their search for a Senior level job running Architect or Technician. This is for a well-established company with a smaller and growing London office based in hearth of the city. This is a permanent position with a salary up to £50,000.

This is a technical one! It's very much a position for a delivery focused Architect or Technician, you'll be working on the delivery RIBA stages 4-6. It's a Senior position but you'll also be producing technical detailing packages and should be able to demonstrate this within your CV and portfolio. Site experience is required as you'll be working with clients and contractors on site on a fairly regular basis. 

What will I be working? Basically anything but residential. Whilst the company in question do cover a lot of residential work this is an opportunity to work within some of the other disciplines they cover which include Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Leisure. To be considered you will need a strong background in one or more of the above (not residential).

Revit fluency is a must, you'll be required to hit the ground running with Revit from day one hence the need for strong Revit users. A number of other software are in use at times such as AutoCAD and SketchUp but the emphasis is on your Revit ability.  

There is a hybrid working policy along with good benefits. With big plans to grow the London office there is a career path to grow alongside the company. Interviews are taking place in the coming weeks with a start date for early January in mind.

A 12 strong MCIAT + ARB practice have recently found their Part II they have been seeking, but still require a strong Designer, with ideally proven Masterplanning/ Residential (Developer led) schemes.

I'm currently looking to speak with talented Part II's interested in permanent opportunities in central London. I've got an opportunity with a salary circa £30,000 depending on experience.

This is a great chance to work for a busy small-medium sized practice who've just signed off on a number of new build large scale residential apartments in the Greater London area. As a result you'll need some prior experience of working on large scale residential schemes. If not large scale residential you should have experience of mixed-use schemes.

Some of the current schemes are at the post planning RIBA stages so you'll need to be comfortable with producing technical detailing packages as this will be required from time to time. Generally this is an all round position which will certainly have some design elements to the job. Working alongside the client to develop briefs, assisting on competitions and concept design. 

AutoCAD is the main software in use and fluency is a must.
