Ad hoc/part time Architectural Technician.
A small, dynamic architectural firm based near Winchester is seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to assist with ad hoc projects remotely. The role will involve working in AutoCAD to produce detailed drawings and technical documentation as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing high-quality technical drawings and construction details in AutoCAD
- Collaborating with the team to develop design solutions
- Ensuring all drawings comply with UK building regulations and industry standards
- Providing support on an ad hoc basis, with flexible working arrangements
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with a strong portfolio of technical drawings
- Experience working within the UK architectural sector
- Domestic Residential experience
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines remotely
- Own software and workstation setup for remote work
Pay rate will be done on an hourly basis, and is expected to be circa £20 /hr
