Job Description

A 20 strong practice in the heart of Nottingham, that specialize mainly in the Education/ Student Accommodation sector are looking to hire a competent and well versed Revit Technician. 

The resource the 2 Directors require is an experienced (advanced) Revit user with robust working knowledge and application of the Building Regulations. You will need to be able to evidence your Revit capability and working knowledge of the Building Regulations, there may be a KnowledgeSmart Test you may need to complete as part of their interview process and so they can clearly see your skills around this software. Alternatively, if can show evidence of your competition of an Advanced version of this Revit test would be a very strong standout in your application. 

They are really seeking a independent enthusiastic individual that can work well alone or as part of a wider team, and as part of their strategy for upcoming Student Accom schemes, for you to be a number two and directly supporting the project runner 

Salary on offer will range up to £45,000 PA, and can look at offering a degree of WFH (following a successful probation period).
