Job Description:
As a project/senior Architect within the practice, you will play a vital role in producing detailed drawings and leading a team. You will be responsible for completing drawing packages across all stages of the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) framework. We are looking for someone who is proactive in staying updated with current building regulations and has a strong knowledge of traditional building techniques. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete drawing packages across all RIBA stages, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Take the lead in managing and coordinating the team's efforts, ensuring efficient project delivery.
Stay proactive in keeping up to date with current building regulations and industry best practices.
Apply your knowledge of traditional building techniques to inform design decisions and technical solutions.
Utilize AutoCAD to create accurate and precise drawings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in producing detailed drawings for architectural projects.
Ability to complete drawing packages across all RIBA stages.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team, ensuring effective collaboration and project delivery.
Proactive in staying updated with current building regulations and industry trends.
Strong knowledge of traditional building techniques, particularly in the residential and heritage sectors.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
