About the Role

Seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join a dynamic and innovative design studio in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-end projects, including luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces.

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of projects, from initial concept development to final installation. You will work closely with a talented team of designers, architects, and project managers to deliver exceptional design solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and luxury.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design development process, from initial concept to detailed design drawings and specifications.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and translate these into inspiring design solutions.
  • Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and material selections.
  • Oversee the project execution phase, ensuring that the design intent is realized.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality control.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 6-8 years of experience in interior design, preferably in a luxury design practice.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating experience working on high end residential projects.
  • Excellent design skills, including space planning, layout, and furniture selection.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful spaces.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Revit.
  • Knowledge of construction and building regulations.
