Job Description

One of Northampton's most reputable practice, have now expanded their search (still looking for strong Revit users both Architects and Technical individuals), but now also looking for a Principle Designer (CDM) and (Building Regulations) professional. 

This is a prominent area of work that continues to grow for this 30 strong team, and have now concluded that having a dedicated CDM Professional as part of their team would now prove hugely beneficial. 

You can expect to to take a leading role within this new business area for them, and assist  where they are acting as the Architect on certain schemes.  Also your expertise  and skill-set in this H&S, building compliancy role you can help mentor some of the more younger members accordingly. 

Good range of benefits on offer, and work as a very close team. With this, they prefer everyone working full time in office and so is important you are within a practical/ commutable area local to N'hampton. 

Salary will range up to £45,000 (DOE)
