You will need to be ARB Registered to apply for this position, as well as have proven proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. 

As a senior member of the team you will come in and help run projects, while managing a team. You will need to have client facing experience, as this is a key part of the role. 

You will be responsible for architectural design, co-ordination of the design team, contract administration for assigned projects, and business developments.

As a multi-disciplinary practice, they cover a variety of projects from Residential, Education, Healthcare, Infrastructure and more.

Job Description: This practice is expanding and seeking a talented Architect to join Bristol's experienced and growing Architectural team. In this role, you will work on projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, education, industrial, healthcare and retail.

I'm on the hunt for a skilled and experienced Project Architect to join a dynamic large scale London based Architectural practice. This is a permanent opportunity for a salary in the range of £45-50,000 pa depending on experience.

You will work on a range of high-value commercial projects, with some residential elements, ranging from £100 million to £300 million in value. This position is to work for across all RIBA stages however it lends itself to those of you focusing primarily on delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4-5.

The projects often involve historical elements, requiring a sensitivity to heritage, while maintaining a focus on sustainability.

Experience in carbon counting and sustainability is highly advantageous.

The practice in question work with Revit so it's important you're capable to work with this software independently. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of 6-7 high-value projects, managing architectural design, construction detailing, and project execution through RIBA Stages 4-5.
• Manage a small team of 1-2 people, providing leadership, mentoring, and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes, maintaining quality and budget expectations.
• Balance commercial and residential project requirements, integrating sustainability strategies and historical preservation where necessary.

Key Requirements:

• Experience across all RIBA stages is preferred, with a strong focus on Stages 4-5.

• Proven experience in commercial sector projects, with some residential exposure.

With this practice specializing in Residential/ Developer projects, the MD's ideal candidate would be someone that have prior experience working across the Residential sector and having a strong software proficiency in both AutoCAD + Revit would be desirable.

I just taken on an interesting opportunity for those Infrastructure/rail specialists out there! This is an ideal role for a Senior Architect/Associate with a specialism in UK based rail schemes. This is to work on a permanent basis for London based, busy medium sized practice with a healthy salary in the range of £60,000 - £70,000. 

This is a senior level position and you'll need at least 10 years PQE to be considered. You'll need a proven track record of leading and managing teams and projects in recent years. Whilst this can be seen as a managerial role you will also be required to have a hands on approach where with your more typical day to day responsibilities as a Senior Architect.

A technical background is favoured although you'll be working across most RIBA stages. Most of the initial work is within RIBA stages 4-6 so a solid understand of this area is a must. The ability communicate with clients and contractors on site is also a large aspect of this position, alongside problem solving on site. The ability to coordinate between various internal teams will also be required. 

The company have worked on a multitude of high profile infrastructure schemes in the UK and you should have a portfolio to reflect such work. Any previous experience of working on HS2, Crossrail or similar would be you ahead of the pack. Most of the work is UK based so you'll need a good understanding of UK building regulations and standards. 

The weapon of choice is Microstation as well as AecoSIM. AecoSIM would be bit of a bonus whereas Microstation fluency is a must. Experience of producing specifications using NBS is also needed.

I'm on the hunt for a Part II Architectural Assistant to work for the London office of an established nationwide practice. This is a permanent position with a salary up to £28,000 - £33,000 pa depending on experience. 

This a great chance to work on a number of prestigious large scale high-rise residential schemes in London and in Northern England. As a result any experience with high-rise residential schemes or apartments could work well for this one, or large scale residential developments.

It's an all-round position with regards to RIBA stages. Initially you'll be working on the latter RIBA stages, notably stage 4 so you'll need to demonstrate strong detailing packages to be considered. Over time you'll be working across all RIBA stages and will be getting involved in concept design brief meetings, competitions, working on feasibility studies and more.

AutoCAD and Revit are the main software in use. It's a case of either or, for these two as it's a 50/50 split within the company with Revit and AutoCAD so if you're an exclusive AutoCAD user with no Revit experience you will still very much be considered.

You'll be working at a practice with multiple offices across the UK with the London looking to grow substantially within the coming 12 months so it's a great time to embed yourself within a practice on the up.
