A practice in Bath are seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join our team and contribute to both public and private projects. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and job running skills, with proficiency in Vectorworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the design and development of landscape architecture projects
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Prepare conceptual designs, construction documents, and specifications
• Conduct site visits and work with surveyors and engineers to support project development
• Manage project budgets and timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in landscape architecture
• Proficiency in Vectorworks and other design software
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles

Day-to-day

• Collaborating with project teams to brainstorm and plan design concepts

Are you a Revit using Architect in the Surrey area?

I am working with an Architectural firm in the Dorking area who are seeking an Architect who has experience in Revit and is looking for new opportunities.

This close-knit firm is looking for an individual to step in and be a part of their growing team you will need minimum 5 years experience.

They are looking for someone who is motivated and passionate, with a good understanding of UK building regulations, tender packages and construction detailing. The practice is working on a variety of projects, including, new build projects, cladding remedial works and refurbishment projects.

Experience in specification writing (NBS) is also beneficial. You will be leading and managing projects, liaising with clients, and preparing feasibility reports.

The successful individual, needs to be UK based, Revit using and near the Dorking area, preferably with their own means of transport for site visits.

The salary is in the range of £45,000-£48,000 depending on experience and ability.

Architectural Technician in the Surrey area? 

I am working with an AJ100 firm in the Guildford area who are looking to expand their team due to increased work load. 

They are opening to seeing Architectural Technicians/Technologists and Architects. 

They are looking for dedicated Architectural Technologist or Architect who has excellent knowledge in AutoCAD and Revit. 

Their sectors vary from bespoke high-end offices, retail and commercial, while also working through RIBA Stages 0-7. Any experience in any of these sectors would be beneficial for the role. 

You will be expected to produce detailed technical drawings, assist with the ongoing projects, and prepare and develop drawings, models and images. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years professional experience in a UK experience, with an architectural qualification background. You will need to demonstrate a project that you have worked on through all RIBA Stages and be technically minded and have a good eye for bespoke detail. You will also need to have sound knowledge of the UK Building Regulations, and Planning Applications. 

Salary will be based on experience and ability but will likely sit between £30,000 - £40,000.

I am working with a well-established architectural firm in the Chelmsford area.

They are looking for a ARB Registered Architect who is 2-3 years post qualification and has good industry experience.

You will need to be AutoCAD proficient, any Revit knowledge is also advantageous, also working knowledge of the Adobe Suite.

I'm currently assisting a busy and growing London based practice in their search for an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant. This is a permanent position with a salary circa £38,000 pa depending on experience.

This is a great opportunity for those interested in working on International schemes. You'll need at least 4 years industry experience to be considered for this one. As the title suggests this lends itself to those who are experienced in terms of years and looking for a level of responsibility above a graduate level.

The company work on a variety of projects with a recent emphasis on hospitality and residential projects. Experience in both would be ideal however residential experience would be favoured given the recent schemes that have been taken on. Additionally they are working on a number of masterplans, specifically large scale residential masterplans so previous experience or interest in this are would very much put you in good stead. 

As mentioned above the company, although based in London, predominantly work on international projects. Experience of working on projects in the Middle East would be highly advantageous.

Revit is the main software in use, experience with the Adobe Suite would also be ideal.

I am currently assisting with a London based practice in their search for a qualified Architect. This is a permanent position with a salary of circa 45,000 depending on experience.  Alongside the London branch, this practice holds other offices across the country.

With this role, they are looking for someone with experience working across all stages of RIBA, however the emphasis for this position is placed upon your technical ability. Therefore you will need to have demonstrable proof of your technical experience within projects. In addition to technical prowess, they are looking for a skilled designer with strong communication skills, ideally with a minimum of two years post Part III qualification experience.

This practice is looking for someone with key experience working on the delivery stages ( RIBA stages 4-6) of large-scale projects, most notably residential buildings. Any other experience working with high-rise buildings is beneficial. In addition to residential projects, this practice works with commercial, education and public buildings.

The software of choice for this practice is Revit, and they are expecting somebody to be able to come in and immediately get stuck in with Revit from the get go. Additional software that is beneficial is SketchUp, however Revit is essential.

The process for hiring has already begun, with the intention for interviews to start taking place imminently. This is a position ideal for someone interested in a long term role looking to progress through the ranks into more senior roles.
