I am currently working with a practice based in London who are looking to grow and add a Senior Architectural Technician to their team. The position will be a permanent role which will be offering a salary of £50,000 per annum depending on experience. 

Our client has been operating for over 50 years, mainly working within the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors across the UK and within Europe with most of their average project values being around £50million. Currently they have 2 projects, both working within high-rise residential buildings that are a minimum of 18 metres (7 storeys) high. They are looking for someone who has experience working on medium-large scale developments, predominantly on the technical aspects of the projects on stages 4 and 5 and has site experience. 

Regarding software it is essential that the right individual is proficient in using both Revit and AutoCAD. 

They also a flexible working environment where hybrid working is available, with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the practice.

I'm currently assisting a London based practice in their search for a BID Manager. This is a permanent position with a salary up to £60,000 pa depending on experience. 

If you're seeking a design focused, client facing position then this could be the ideal role for you. Initially the need will be to assist with some large scale Mixed-use and cultural projects. You'll need to demonstrate strong experience with BID writing in the architectural  industry for at least 5 years. You'll have the opportunity to Work with the Principle and Senior Team to deliver high quality BID documents. You'll be taking a fair amount of responsibility with some of the upcoming projects with regards to identifying tender opportunities, managing the content publications and identifying networking opportunities for the Principle and Senior team. Another large aspect of this position is your ability to write UK and US bids, so experience in this area is required. 

Some of the work will be international. Yes they have a strong presence within the UK but some projects will be in Europe, North Africa, and in the Middle East, prior experience of working on schemes within this region would be a bonus but is not a pre requisite. The work itself is within the commercial, high-end residential, mixed-use and cultural sectors so you will need to demonstrate a background of working in this sector. The preferred candidate will have a background in creative writing or journalism but is not a must. However, proficiency with InDesign and PowerPoint is with excellent knowledge of Microsoft office.

A small family run Developer are seeking a Principle Designer to join their 10 strong team in / around the Wolverhampton area. 

Having placed a Senior Technician with this team around January, the MD is now seeking a more Senior, Principle Designer to help with the day to day running of the projects on site and also assist some new (more junior) members of the team. 

Having a strong Residential sector familiarity would be ideal, and if have proven track experience of liaising with the main Developer personnel on site would be a bonus.
