mustard is partnering with an International Architecture Practice specialized in designing and executing hospitality and entertainment projects within the architecture and interior space Their Macao studio is looking for a (Senior) Project Architect to develop and act as the project leader to drive projects and team members to completing projects on time. The main responsibilities will involve finishing tender documents, administration and coordinating the design process to completion. There will be elements of documentation & project administration, alongside monitoring the quality and progress of the project.
The Role:
- The ideal Senior Level Architect will have experience in delivering key projects from A&A, Renovations and New Builds.
- A technical approach is ideal to manage design packages and construction matters whilst coordinating with the client and their needs.
- The role will work closely with operators and local developers to manage the coordination process
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters in Architecture
- Minimum 6-8+ Years experience
- Passionate in all-round architectural design and technical work
- Analytical and commercial mindset
- Strong command in English and Chinese
