Job Description

A thriving AJ100, have tasked me with souring 2 x Senior Associates to join their Warwick /Central B'ham Teams - where you can work in between these 2 office locations and now have worked out they will need 1 Associate that is more comfortable on the Delivery stages / contract + client facing position and be part of their 8 strong Delivery team (situated in Warwick). 

Dependent on your geography, they will be happy for you to work in between both JQ office and Warwick (3 days in office / 2 days WFH)

They are 100% Revit users, and so having a conversant knowledge with this software tool will be an essential requirement. 

They have some very exciting mixed use/ Life Science schemes in the wings, and this role may require the oversight of various jobs simultaneously, and you would work under their Associate Director (based in their Warwick office). 

The other Senior Associate post, will be more for a front-end/ concept design more focused individual that can help get involved in more stage 1-3 Planning/ Design stages for their Warwick team 

Both Associate levels, the Director can look at offering circa £50-55,000 (assessed case by case on individual experience).
