Job Title: Architects / Revit Technician (Stage 4) (Contract) 

Location: South London
Contract: 3 Months (with potential for extension)
Work Arrangement: In-office, 5 days a week

Rate: £28 p/hour DOE

We are seeking talented Architects / Revit Technicians to join a dynamic architectural practice based in South London, specializing in high-rise residential buildings. The role is focused on Stage 4 of project development, and requires strong technical expertise, particularly in Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively on high-rise residential projects in Stage 4.
• Utilize advanced Revit skills to deliver detailed designs and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations throughout the project.
• Participate in office-based team meetings and design reviews, working closely with senior architects and engineers.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit with proven experience in architectural practices.
• Solid understanding of UK building regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work full-time in-office (South London) for 5 days a week.
• Previous experience working on high-rise residential buildings is highly desirable.

Contract Details:

• Initial 3-month contract with a potential extension based on project needs and performance
• Interviews to be organised immediately
