Job Description

A small family run Developer are seeking a Principle Designer to join their 10 strong team in / around the Wolverhampton area. 

Having placed a Senior Technician with this team around January, the MD is now seeking a more Senior, Principle Designer to help with the day to day running of the projects on site and also assist some new (more junior) members of the team. 

Having a strong Residential sector familiarity would be ideal, and if have proven track experience of liaising with the main Developer personnel on site would be a bonus. 

Always have preferred working full time in the office, and after a 6-12 month service this can be reviewed to offer an extra 1 WFH day per week 

Looking to pay circa £50,000 for the right person, and being local to the WV area is also an important factor for your application to be considered.
