Job Description
I'm currently working with medium sized multi-disciplinary practice in their search for an ArchiCAD proficient Part II Assistant. This is a permanent position with a salary circa £35,000 depending on experience.
This one is heavily dependent on your ability to use ArchiCAD, whilst the company provide training in this area you will need at least 2 years experience with ArchiCAD to be considered.
Whilst you'll have the opportunity to work across all RIBA stages, initially the need is for those who have a strong technical understanding. You'll be producing technical detailing packages and construction drawings so you'll need to be able to demonstrate such work within your portfolio. Additionally you'll need to up to scratch with UK building regulations and should have experience with tender packages. You'll be getting involved in spacial design, experience in this area would be a bonus.
ArchiCAD is the main software as mentioned, the company also use AutoCAD and SketchUp.
The work is luxury residential. You'll need at least 2 years experience of working on high end/luxury/prime residential schemes in the London area.
The company in question are a multi-disciplinary practice who are building an Architectural team to work closely with the sizeable Interiors team. This is an urgent opportunity so please do get in touch if this sounds of interest!
