Are you a strong ArchiCAD using technical Architect? If so then I may have an opportunity for you. I'm currently assisting a close-knit practice based near central London in their hunt for an ArchiCAD technical Architect. This is a permanent position with a salary up to £45,000 depending on experience. 

Let's address the obvious- ArchiCAD fluency is a must. The company in question were an early advocate of this particular BIM software and to be considered you'll need at least 2 years live experience to be considered. 

As the title suggests this is for those who prefer working in the post planning  stages. You'll be operating within RIBA stages 4-7 and you'll need to be able to demonstrate a strong background in this area. Over time you will have the opportunity to work on some of the front end design stages however initially the need is a technically minded individual. So putting together detailing packages, schedules, specifications, tender packages should all be second nature! Site experience would be hugely beneficial and would working alongside clients on site and contractors. 

Ideally you should have at least 2 years PQE. Ideally you should have experience with JCT contract administration.

You'll be working within the bespoke high-end residential sector, most of the work is based in and around London. It's important you have an understanding and background within the high-end London residential market.
