Job Description

Junior Architectural Technologist
Location: South Wales
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in producing technical drawings and specifications using Revit and other software
• Support the development of technical packages and construction details
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure design and technical excellence
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients as needed

About You:

• A degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology or a related field
• 0–3 years of industry experience, ideally in residential architecture
• Revit proficiency (or a willingness to develop Revit skills)
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning
