Job Description

A very busy Architects practice in the heart of Notts, are seeking a Project Technologist (Revit)/ Job Runner - to start immediately ! 

Having secured a large future pipeline of work, in the High Risk Buildings sector, as well as Conservation, they require at least 1 new member of staff to help them be fully resourced ahead of these latest developments commencing. 

They require an individual that can:- 

- Manage Architectural projects across all RIBA stages (high emphasis on stages 3-6) 

- UK Building Regs knowledge/ fully compliant (Higher Risk Buildings) 

- Prior experience working on High Rise / Complex Buildings

- A minimum of 5 years (in practice) Revit use. 

Can offer 2 days WFH (following a 3 month probation), and can potentially become a looser / more flexible arrangement after your first year with this team. 

Salary will range between £45 - 50,000 PA
