Job Description

After a very successful few years I'm seeking multiple Architects with a commercial background to work for a busy London based practice. This is a permanent position with a salary in the bracket of £50-55,000 depending on experience. 

This to work for a design lead Architectural practice so there is an emphasis on your ability to demonstrate an ability to develop a design brief and present effectively. Although there is a design element to the role it is very much an all-round position and you'll be expected to work across all RIBA stages and you'll need strong detailing experience to be considered. Site experience would be a bonus, as would working with clients and contractors on site. You'll need the ability to communicate and coordinate across various teams both in the UK and Internationally.

This is a great chance to expand your horizons and work on projects on both sides of the Atlantic. The company in question have a strong background in sectors such as residential, cultural, commercial. At present most of the work is within the Commercial sector so it's very important you have a background in this area, specifically experience with Workplace would be hugely beneficial.

Revit is the main software in use so fluency with Revit would be ideal. AutoCAD and Rhino are also in use at the company.

This is an urgent position, of course they are willing to wait for a 1 month notice but the sooner the better in this instance. Interviews are looking to take place next week with a start date in mind for the 1st week of March.
