Senior Architectural Technologist in Essex?
We are working with a well-established firm looking to add a Senior Architectural Technologist to their Chelmsford office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a collaborative team, working on a range of residential and public sector projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality technical drawings for building regulations, tender, and construction packages.
- Lead projects through RIBA Stages 4-6, ensuring smooth delivery from technical design to completion.
- Provide on-site technical support, liaising with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Work alongside Architects, Technologists, and Technicians to deliver projects efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- 8+ years’ industry experience with strong, proven technical design ability.
- Experience in residential projects is essential and experience of working closely with design and build contractors and housebuilders is highly beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction processes.
Salary is negotiable but will be based on experience and ability, but is expected to be between £45,000 - £55,000.
