Job Description

A 50 strong Multidisciplinary based in Coventry, are seeking a 3-5 year PQ Architect to join their team, with interviews set to take place next week for this position. 

Helping their Design Director, source Architects, as well as their Technical Director, with more Technical Revit based staff also. 

Within their Design team, the Revit proficiency is less of a pre-requisite given the nature of projects within the design team. With the bulk of sectors being Mixed Use/ Care Homes/ Hospitality and Commercial schemes the main software used on these sectors will be ArchiCAD + AutoCAD. 

Looking for aligned experience, and ideally prior exposure to working on Care/ Health related schemes would be desirable. 

Very reputable team, and it would be a full time office position for the first 3 months, with the prospect of moving to do a 3 day office / 2 day home arrangement one you have settled and integrated yourself with the team. 

Salary will range between £35 - 45,000 PA, and can expect the upper range of this bracket if you can demonstrate Job Running / Team Lead capabilities.
