Job Description

Looking for your next Architect position, to join a super friendly team that are up there with the 10 strong Architects practices in the B'ham area? (AJ100) 

They have had a few projects that have become green-lighted over Xmas, and this has spurred a recruitment drive and are now looking to interview this week, with relevant candidates. 

 Architectural services will typically include (but not limited to):- 

• Design

• Contract Administration including financial control in co-ordination with QS and certification under guidance of team leader.

• Brief taking and documentation

• Client Liaison

• Design team co-ordination

• Chairing and documenting design team meetings.

• Attendance at (and running of where necessary) site meeting.

• Assisting senior team members in the preparation of project programme.

Salary will range up to £45,000 PA (DOE)
