Job Description

A very reputable Architects practice in the heart of B'ham have had projects come online quicker than expected and so are now seeking to employ an experienced Architectural Technician or to work in our Birmingham office.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within the design team, preparing fully coordinated working drawings and specifications.

It is anticipated that the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and also alongside other consultants, reporting directly to their Associate and the Directors.

A sound technical knowledge together with a full understanding of Revit and the RIBA stages post contract is essential.

Further progression within the management structure is not restrictive for the correct calibre of person. 

There will also be an expectation to work with autonomy and confidence on site, and are looking for Technicians that ideally have had prior site exposure and demonstrate a strong all-round skill-set. 

Salary will be dependent on individual experience, but for the Technical staff they are aiming to pay a benchmark figure of circa £45,000 PA
