Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a serious interest in existing buildings to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to their ongoing projects and make a meaningful impact in the fields of conservation and heritage .

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of existing buildings
• Develop and implement strategies for the preservation and enhancement of existing structures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for the maintenance and improvement of buildings
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building preservation and restoration

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of post-qualified experience in the field
• In-depth knowledge of existing building preservation and restoration
• Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven track record of successful project management

Day-to-day

• Engage in detailed analysis of existing buildings
• Communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and execute preservation plans
