The company specialises in Film production, VFX, and audio visual for events. 

They are currently on the hunt for an Account Manager. 

Role Overview:

They are looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving growth and long-term satisfaction. You will manage relationships, oversee project delivery, and identify opportunities to expand business within your accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead contact for all client communications and account activities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Develop a deep understanding of client goals to provide tailored solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, technical, operations) to execute client strategies.
• Identify and pursue upsell or cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth.
• Regularly report on account performance, client satisfaction, and financial metrics.
• Resolve issues or complaints quickly to maintain trust and satisfaction.

What do you need?

• Knowledge of film, vfx and Audio visual 
• Events Background
• Experience in a similar role.
