Join The Team as a Technical Draughtsperson!

Are you a master of design with a passion for bringing the magic of live events to life? Do you thrive in a dynamic workshop environment where creativity and precision intersect? If so, we want you on the team!

This is a full service Event Production Company that offer the whole production package, covering everything from AV to Bespoke Scenic installs. 

As Scenic Draughtsperson, you will be the technical design force behind the most ambitious projects, working with a talented team from concept to completion. Reporting into the head of Design , and Liaising directly with both internal teams and clients, you'll ensure that every detail is meticulously planned and executed to perfection.

Key Responsibilities

- Translating design briefs into workshop ready drawings
- Using AutoCAD for 2D & 3D technical design
- Appropriate material selection
- Costing of finished designs, taking materials into account
- Advise on construction techniques
- Component drawings for CNC & laser cutting
- Account H&S into all designs

Required Skills

- Technical Design within a Fabrication / Workshop environment or similar
- Understanding of scenic construction principles, methodologies & materials
- Autocad 2D & 3D
