Job Description

I've just taken on a cracker of a job. I'm on the search for a Principle Designer to work for one of the more renowned and recognisable Architectural Practices in the Country, nay they work. This is a permanent position with a healthy salary up to £80,000 depending on experience. 

This is a position for those of you with more than 10 years experience. The is a 'head of' position which requires a high level of leadership qualities and communication. You'll be managing small teams of CDM advisors so previous experience in this is a must. You're understanding of CDM regulations will need to be at a high level both for UK and Internationally. You'll also need to be a chartered member of IOSH to be considered. 

It's fast paced, high pressured and rewarding so a tenacious and adaptable individual is best suited. Of course you'll need to demonstrate good experience with design and construction management. Previous experience in working at large scale Architectural practices would be ideal, or indeed experience within the construction industry. 

As well as possessing strong communication for internal use you'll also be attending various events and be the face of the Architectural practice in question at times. Experience of client facing experience would also be ideal.
