A 10 strong practice based in the Notts / Newark area are seeking 3x Technicians to join the existing team as part of the company’s growth plans.

Looking for  experienced Technicians (5 years industry minimum), with a good awareness of Revit software. 

This firm have established themselves as a regional and national thought leader in the Sustainable Residential Development sectors expanding the practice with movements into other sectors - with over 25 years of experience providing innovative design solutions combined with project leading services they stand alone in their field. They are extremely focused on Modern Methods of Construction and aim to Champion them throughout their region. With a strategic growth plan in place to support new business model, they are seeking a driven, Architect for our Studio in Newark

Having now merged with a Construction company as of July. They now have an entire division within their studio dedicated to supporting this main Construction company and are now essentially one large team. 

This Construction firm champions innovation, and their Group vision is ‘a sustainable future built through partnerships’. They have a history of doing business differently and have recently achieved B Corp Certification, which is a huge accomplishment within their industries.

This Construction Group is a group of companies which includes Construction, Homes a rotational moulding company and of course this original Architects practice. This Construction firm employs over 170 people, working across multiple sites and has a turnover of around £20M, with business plans in place with the vision to get to £50M by March 2027, at which point the companies will become an an employee owned company which will lead to more bonuses prospects in future.

JOB ROLE – 3x Revit Technicians

• Work Location: Newark Office
• Reports to: Team Leader (Associate)/Company Directors

Salary on offer will range up to £45,000 PA
