Join The Team as a Senior Project Manager!

This is a cutting-edge workshop dedicated to crafting stunning scenery & sets for live events, experiential and retail productions. From grand stages to intimate sets, their work sets the scene for unforgettable experiences.

As Senior Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the most ambitious projects, working with a talented team from concept to completion. Reporting into the head of production, and Liaising directly with both internal teams and clients, you'll ensure that every detail is meticulously planned and executed to perfection.

Key Responsibilities

- Full end to end independent management of projects 
- Project based accounting such as budgets, quotes, financial tracking
- Providing direction to project managers 
- Client contact throughout all stages of projects, including regular check ups and ensuring needs are met
- Demonstrate excellent scheduling and timekeeping ability 
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often incorporating multiple levels of project manager & coordinator
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure deadlines are met 
- Managing Teams during on site installations

Required Skills

- Project Management within a Fabrication / Workshop environment or similar
- Experience managing large, complex projects 
- Top level organisational skills
- Working in a deadline driven environment
- Understanding of scenic construction principles, methodologies & materials
- Proven track record of strong relationship building
