Location: West London (Hybrid working model with 3 days in the studio)

Our client is a renowned luxury property developer with a strong track record of creating exceptional residential and hospitality projects. They are committed to delivering the highest standards of design and craftsmanship, and are seeking a talented Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join their team.

Job Summary:

The Mid-Weight Interior Designer will play a key role in the design and development of luxury residential and hospitality projects. You will work closely with the Senior Interior Designer and other members of the design team to create innovative and inspiring interior spaces that meet the needs and aspirations of our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Interior Designer in developing design concepts and schemes for luxury residential and hospitality projects
  • Prepare detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections
  • Select and specify finishes, materials, and furnishings that align with the project's design vision and budget
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure that the interior design meets all relevant building codes and regulations
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients, including presentations and mood boards
  • Oversee the implementation of design schemes, including site visits and quality control checks
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in interior design

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in a luxury residential or hospitality setting
  • Strong design skills, including a keen eye for color, texture, and composition
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills  
  • Passion for luxury design and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
