Job Description
A South London based Event Production Agency, delivering globally, is looking for a Project Manager to join their expanding team on event based projects ranging from conventional live events to luxury private parties for premium clientele. This position within the company requires a professional, organised, and technically minded individual with proven experience in events including (but not limited to) awards, parties, conferences. This opportunity will see you working in a number of European destinations, and offers open progression for the right candidate.
The Role
- Onsite management of events from installation to de-rig
- Liaise with clients to deliver the best possible event within scope and budget
- Generate quotations that ensure maximum profitability without compromising quality
- Role delegation to the appropriate onsite freelance technicians
- Ensuring deadlines are met, both onsite and throughout project
- Keep all relevant stock serviced to high standard
- Recommend new tech & equipment that will bring value to the company and clients
Must haves
- Experience working with event industry suppliers and subcontractors
- In depth knowledge of audio, video, lighting and rigging
- Presentable and used to working with clients of varied backgrounds
- Understanding of temporary electrical systems
Desirables
- Working knowledge of CAD software
- BS7909 Certification
- Experience with brands such as d&b, Analog Way, Robe, Chamsys, Avolites
