Job Description

I'm currently working with a well-known AJ100 practice based in London who are seeking a design Architect. This is a permanent opportunity with a salary circa £45,000 depending on experience. 

This position is for those who are arb registered with at least 3 years PQE. You'll be working within RIBA stages 0-3 in the first instance so you'll need to demonstrate a strong design prowess and should have experience with working on competitions and presenting to clients. You'll be working closely with the Director on some of concept designs so a track of concept design experience is also required. The company are a very international practice and you work will reflect this, with a number of projects in the UK , The Middle East and The America's it's a great chance to develop experience on projects around the world. 

The actual work is within the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. Whilst you won't need all of the above you will need 2 out of the 3. A background within the commercial sector will be favoured at this stage. 

Revit is the main software in use and you'll also be working with Rhino so fluency in both would be ideal.
