Job Description
An international Architecture Practice with offices in London and New York are looking for a Bid Manager/ Writer to join their London studio on a permanent basis.
The team's portfolio spans the United Kingdom, Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. They work on both small and large scales as well as simultaneously on new build to restoration works.
Joining as the team's first full-time Bid Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to shape a role as their own. You'll work with the Head of New Business & Marketing team , delivering high-quality bid documents, PQQs, case studies, award submission etc.
Daily responsibilities will include...

Collaborating with the Marketing Manager in writing content for use in the bids, presentations, and all supporting documentation

Identifying tender opportunities and monitoring tender portals and OJEU notices

Managing and updating writing in all marketing collateral including publications, portfolios and CVs
The team are looking for someone who has worked in another Architecture practice - this is a non negotiable.
The practice operate an office first approach but will consider applicants looking for a hybrid working arrangement out of their NW London offices.
