My client is an innovative creative construction company based in East London, known for delivering exceptional solutions across film, TV commercials, events, brand experiences, and exhibitions. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-profile projects, ensuring top-quality results and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of set builds, installations, and activations, from concept through to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with clients and design teams to bring projects to life, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Oversee workshop and onsite construction, using strong technical knowledge to guide crews, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are executed to the highest standards, maintaining a keen eye for detail and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and reconciliation post-event.
- Maintain clear, effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within film, TV, events, brand experiences, or exhibitions.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques and the ability to interpret and communicate technical drawings and plans.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and third-party contractors, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Expertise in health and safety procedures and documentation.
- Ability to make quick, informed decisions to keep projects on track.
