Job Description

I am assisting with a small London practice in their search for a Project Architect or Architect. This is a permanent position with a salary of circa 45,000 depending on experience. 

This practice focuses solely on the residential sector, specifically the role would involve working with high end domestic residential projects, and therefore experience working on luxury private housing is essential. They are looking for a candidate with experience working across the stages of RIBA (1 - 6) and a preference to have worked on projects from concept to completion. A knowledge of UK planning and building regulations is a must have, alongside experience working in a small team and dealing with contract documentation. 

This practice uses Vectorworks as their main software, and therefore experience using Vectorworks is necessary. Additional software such as SketchUp, and Enscape are desirable, however the emphasis will be placed on your proficiency using Vectorworks.

The process for hiring has already begun, with the intention to start in the Spring! This is the perfect role for someone looking for long term permanent work and development within a tight-knit office environment.
