Job Description

Off the back off a very strong 18 months I'm currently assisting a busy medium sized, London based, practice in their search for 2 project Architects. This is a permanent position with a salary up to £48,000 pa depending on experience. 

This position with depend on your ability run projects with the supervision of a Senior Architect. You'll need to be 3 years PQE to be considered and should be able to provide examples of projects that you've worked from concept to completion. Specifically you'll need to show you're ability to produce schematic design and design development drawings. You'll be working alongside clients to develop the briefs and assist them throughout the various stages. Whilst this role won't require any management responsibility over time this position may develop into one where you may have a small team to assist. Site experience would be preferable as would previous experience with working with contractors. Coordination between various teams and office, including coordinating with the MEP and Structural Team. The ability to produce good quality detailing packages is a must.

Revit fluency is a necessity. You'll be required to use Revit from day one, additionally a Revit test will be a part of the recruitment process for this position. 

If you're to specialise in any sector for this position let it be residential. Most of the current work is large scale residential, both developments and high-rise apartments. The company work in a wider variety of sectors but the initial need is to bolster the residential team. An international background would be welcomed as this particular company are known for their work overseas however you'll exclusively be working on UK/London projects for the initial year or two.
