Job Description

I am currently assisting with a London based practice in their search for a freelance Part II Architectural Assistant/recently qualified Architect. This role is a quick starter, and is perfect for a candidate who available immediately and looking to get stuck into a high-quality project. The position has a rate of circa £22.00 per hour.

With this position, they are looking for someone to collaborate with a small team to work on the final stages of a high-end, luxury, private residential project. Therefore, experience working on high-end residential projects is essential. You will also need to be a strong communicator, and have experience working within a small team and meeting tight deadlines. Additionally, experience within interior design is beneficial for this project, alongside experience working on high end or luxury projects in different sectors.

The software of choice for this practice is AutoCAD and therefore proficiency using AutoCAD is essential for this role. Experience and knowledge of other design software is advantageous, but the emphasis will fall upon your AutoCAD ability.

The process for hiring has already begun, with the intention for interviews to happen immediately with a start date of ASAP! This role is fantastic for anyone looking for contract work and wanting bolster their portfolio with high end residential projects.
