Architectural Technician in the Berkshire area?
I am working with a close-knit architectural practice who are looking for someone to join their growing team.
They are based in the Ascot area, so someone local and familiar with the area. They work predominately on High-End Residential and Apartment Building projects.
They are seeking a skilled and proactive Architectural Technician/Technologist to join our team. Initially, you will be assisting with working drawings where they currently have a significant workload. This role requires an ability to work independently as a key person as part of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the production of detailed working drawings.
- Supporting both the planning and working drawing departments as needed.
- Collaborating on projects across all RIBA stages.
Requirements:
- Proven experience across all RIBA work stages, particularly in the working drawing phase.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience with high-end residential and/or apartment block projects is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage workloads efficiently.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
Salary will be based on experience and ability but is expected to be between £30,000 - £40,000.
