Job Description

I'm currently assisting a busy and growing London based practice in their search for an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant. This is a permanent position with a salary circa £38,000 pa depending on experience.

This is a great opportunity for those interested in working on International schemes. You'll need at least 4 years industry experience to be considered for this one. As the title suggests this lends itself to those who are experienced in terms of years and looking for a level of responsibility above a graduate level.

The company work on a variety of projects with a recent emphasis on hospitality and residential projects. Experience in both would be ideal however residential experience would be favoured given the recent schemes that have been taken on. Additionally they are working on a number of masterplans, specifically large scale residential masterplans so previous experience or interest in this are would very much put you in good stead. 

As mentioned above the company, although based in London, predominantly work on international projects. Experience of working on projects in the Middle East would be highly advantageous.

Revit is the main software in use, experience with the Adobe Suite would also be ideal. 

There are multiple opportunities at this particular company with interviews taking place in the coming weeks with an ideal start date from early February.
