Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on rail projects or infrastructure projects, possess strong design and technical abilities, be proficient in the use of Bentley software, and have a collaborative and flexible approach to work.
Responsibilities
- Managing and leading the architectural design and development of rail and infrastructure projects.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Utilizing Bentley software to create and modify design documentation and models.
- Ensuring that all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and present design solutions.
Qualifications
- ARB Registered.
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in rail and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in using Bentley software.
- Strong technical skills and ability to produce high-quality design documentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules.
Day-to-day
- Collaborating with engineers, planners, and other team members to develop integrated design solutions.
- Reviewing and revising design documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Participating in client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and design concepts.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and software developments in architecture and design.
