Job Description
Having caught up with good client in Jewellery Quarter, I have been made aware that they require a Senior (Chartered Architect).
They have also recently started transitioning into ArchiCAD, having historically used AutoCAD across all their projects.
They are a small team of 5 (Architect / 2 Technicians and a Part II) and now require another Job Running Architect to help balance the team and assist with the upcoming busy pipeline of work (Mainly Residential + Commercial schemes).
Being a small team, there is a good chance of you getting exposure to all RIBA stages (of course with support), and they are a very close-knit team that work very collaboratively.
You will need to possess:-
- A minimum of 5- 10 years industry experience, ideally in Residential / Commercial sectors.
- Good awareness of £D Design (Revit / ArchiCAD professional experience) - must be happy to use ArchiCAD on a day-to-day and have a liking and willingness to produce details in this software.
- Ideally can work well independently, and manage deliver a certain project from start to finish, liaising with all relevant parties to aid with completion
Salary on offer will range up to £47,000 PA
