ARE YOU A JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER LOOKING FOR A NEW AND EXCITING OPPORTUNITY IN THE COMMERCIAL DESIGN SECTOR?
Our client is a dynamic company engaged in the design, planning, fit-out and furnishing of commercial, education, and leisure design projects. While our client is predominantly design-led, they also pride themselves on their ability to deliver creations through excellent project management, and are now looking for a Junior Project Manager and experienced Project Manager to join the team.
To be considered for this role you will NEED:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a commercial fit-out environment.
- 2 years experience in project management.
- 2 years experience in contract management.
- SSSTS or SMSTS license/ certification.
General skills:
- An understanding of revenue models and P&L.
- Experience in negotiations.
- Expert in health and safety requirements on site.
- In-depth knowledge of companies core industry, policies, and objectives.
- Broad technical knowledge.
