 Managing Director role for a NEW Creative Powerhouse in Dublin 📽

With the ambition to deliver world-class full service film production, this studio will represent top international directors and is ready to grow across the UK Ihasht, Ireland, Europe and America.

So what will you do in this role?

We think it can be broken down into these key areas;

hashtahashtagLeadLead this multi-disciplinary studio through development & representation

Drive hashtthe integration of cutting-edge design, motion graphics, 3D animation, and film direction, hashtag#Inspire through collaboration with the creative & production teams, hashtag

Sell by identifying and securing new opportunities in international film production, commercials & branded content, all of which will lead to hashtag

Growth of the studio, business and teams.

There are a few more things to mention, but we can do that on the phone or via TEAMS call.

This company are the opposite of rigid, a band of misfits may describe them best. They want someone to be a misfit with them, someone who isn’t set in their ways, someone who is driven to keep learning, developing and shifting with them and the industry.

- You will need to have experience in a senior leadership role within film production, that goes without saying, but you don’t need to of been the MD, perhaps that is the next step for you and this is that opportunity.

- You will have strong business development skills.

- Ideally have worked with and represented high-profile directors.

And have some financial acumen, either having managed the P&L or feel confident in doing so with some help from the FD/CFO
