ARE YOU A TECHNICAL DESIGNER LOOKING FOR A NEW OPPORTUNITY?

 

Our client specialising in the Design and Build of office, commercial, and workplace interiors. The whole team encompasses around 1,000 passionate people spreading across seven offices in the UK.

This role at this studio will give the right person the opportunity to work on some of the best workplace design projects going. Ideally looking for someone to hit the ground running, supporting the Project Designers with project delivery & implementation of design standards, along with buildings regulation compliance. 

You could be from a traditional or D&B background, but musty be very, very technically minded who just LOVES detail. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES for the role:

  • Producing technical drawing packages.
  • Spatial planning of commercial and workplace interiors.
  • Supporting Project Designers with project delivery and implementation of design standards along with building regulation compliance.

 

REQUIREMENTS of the role:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD.
  • Proficient in Revit.
  • MUST have a full and clean UK driving license.
  • Ideally coming from D&B and/ or fit-out background.
  • Technical experience (E.G., technical drawing packages, tender packages, detailed drawing packs).
