Location: London (Hybrid Working)

Job Description:

As a Mid-Weight Hospitality Designer you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing designs for high-end food and beverage establishments and restaurants. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to bring their visions to life, creating spaces that are not only aesthetically stunning but also functional and immersive.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Concept Development: Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and on-brand design concepts for food & beverage and restaurant projects.

2. Client Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact with clients, understanding their vision and requirements, and presenting design concepts and proposals effectively.

3. Design Development: Produce detailed design plans, mood boards, 3D renderings, and construction drawings that meet project objectives and adhere to budget and timeline constraints.

4. Material and Finish Selection: Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project goals and create a luxurious and inviting ambiance.

5. Project Management: Oversee project progress, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure that designs are executed to the highest standards and within established deadlines.

6. Budget Control: Work diligently to manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising design quality.

7. Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with project plans and address any issues that may arise during the construction phase.

8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the studio's design, architectural, and project management teams to achieve design excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- A degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in hospitality design, with a focus on luxury food & beverage and restaurant projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
- Strong knowledge of construction and building codes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- A passion for innovative design and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
