Job Description

We are currently seeking YOU to fill a critical role with one of the countries leading firms.

This opportunity is based in Hertfordshire, where the team is managing 7 live projects. All projects are long-term in energy, commercial and visitor centre sectors.

The projects are in the construction phase, having already passed the initial design stage. As such, this role requires someone with strong technical experience, particularly with end-stage project work.

Key details for the role:

• Title: The ideal is a qualified Architect (a bit of future proofing) a Senior Technologist or Technician 
• Experience: ideally at least 10 years but we know time doesn't account for everything
• Revit Proficiency: Yes please. We are looking for more than just a passing knowledge here.
• Sector Focus: Experience in commercial or industrial projects is preferred.
• Project Management: You will need to manage your own projects, responding directly to contractor and client requests.
• Location: Primarily based in the Hertfordshire office for at least 4 days a week, though flexibility to 3 days a week may be possible for the right candidate. Alternatively, the role could be based out of the Cheshire office, with the same hybrid working policy.
• Contract: 6-month contract, with the possibility of renewal.
