Job Description
My client seeks a 3D Visualiser to join their London team, dedicated to creating exceptional designs. This is a full-time, permanent position, paying circa £35,000 p/a dependent on experience, of which a minimum of 5 years is preferred. A degree qualification in architecture, interior design, or similar is required.
Successful candidates will collaborate closely with the design team, using Rhino and SketchUp to produce precise 3D models and industry-standard rendering tools like V-Ray and Blender to craft stunning CGI visuals. Therefore, proficiency in these softwares is a requirement for consideration in this role.
Key responsibilities for this position include translating 2D AutoCAD files into 3D models, producing photo-realistic renderings consistently, meeting project specifications and contributing to process refinement. Applicants will need to back up any technical abilities with strong communication and collaboration skills, an interest and understanding in luxury design, and a general drive to ensure the best results time and time again.
Full Responsibilities
- Expertise in Rhino and Sketchup for proficient 3D modeling.
- Capability to seamlessly convert 2D AutoCAD drawings into 3D models.
- Strong rendering abilities using industry-standard software alongside 3D modeling skills.
- Attention to detail, ensuring consistent delivery of photorealistic CGI renderings.
- Exceptional communication skills, fostering effective collaboration across diverse teams.
- Enthusiasm for design and adeptness in creating visually captivating architectural visuals.
- Producing photo montages.
- Preferably skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
