Job Description: Senior Healthcare Architect

 

Position Overview:

This studio have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Healthcare Architect to join the Bristol/Cardiff studio and lead the way in engaging, high-profile healthcare projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience as a senior healthcare designer, showcasing excellent design, technical, and software skills. Collaborative teamwork, project ownership from inception to completion, and a passion for innovative clinical design are essential attributes for this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead and contribute to design teams, collaborating productively on various healthcare projects.

Demonstrate exceptional design skills and a deep interest in innovative clinical design, supported by substantial clinical architectural experience.

Take responsibility for medium to large healthcare projects, encompassing master planning

Engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, clinicians, and contractors.

Work within tight deadlines, maintaining a collaborative team-working style.

Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, fostering effective relationships at all levels.

Lead and deliver projects within BIM design environments, with expertise in Revit as the preferred platform.

 

About You:

Passionate and dedicated architect with a proven track record of successful healthcare design projects.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively within design teams.

Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and experience in clinical architectural projects.

Skilled at engaging with various stakeholders, including clients, clinicians, and contractors.

Excellent time management skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines.

Strong IT skills and experience in BIM design environments, with Revit proficiency.

Registered with ARB.

Up to £50,000 depending on experience
