Job Description

One of Londons leading Set Building Workshops is seeking an Office Manager / HR Assistant to keep their office running smooth like a well oiled machine, you'll play an essential role in the organisation and management of the central hub responsible for the delivery of Scenic Projects across Live Events, Filmed Productions and Experiential Activations worthy of bragging rights!

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes such as job posts, scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Handle sensitive data confidentially
  • Provide general administrative support across the office
  • Assist in the organisation of company events, meetings and socials
  • Maintain organised records of personell data such as payroll, leaves, personal info, etc
  • Ensure the office is well maintained and presentable, including booking cleaners and contractors
  • Communicate with external HR agency to enact best practice HR protocols

Requirements

  • Previous experoience in a HR / Aministrative role
  • Proven organisational, time management and communication ability
  • experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (preferable)
