Senior Architect in Hertfordshire? 

I am working with a firm near Hertford who are looking for a Senior Architect to join their close-knit team. 

They work on a variety of projects including Residential, of all sizes, Restaurants and Hospitality. 

You will need to have up to date knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Planning Applications and Contract Administration. 

You will be responsible for producing drawings, communicate with clients to discuss projects, have technical ability and good knowledge of construction stages. 

This is an office based position so you will need to be commutable to the office. 

AutoCAD is the software they use across the office, so it is essential that you need to be proficient in this. 

Salary will be based on experience and ability but is expected to be between £40,000 - £50,000.
