Producer/ Project Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

We are looking for a Producer/Project Manager to join one our brilliant clients - an advertising agency focusing on both Television and Online adverts!
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Clearcast and CG Production is a must
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with live-action production is advantageous.
- Knowledge of creative software packages and production timelines.
- Ability to work well in a team and remain calm under pressure.
- High energy and commitment to success.
Responsibilities:
Project Management; Bidding for new work, seamless communication between the studio and clients, Plan shoots both in the UK and overseas, Report on P&Ls and use this to forecast future budgets.
Client and Team Relations: Building strong client relationships and ensuring smooth delivery processes, Collaborating with the Creative Team, Providing senior staff insights into client direction, Conduct client inductions and implementing internal/external processes.
Administrative Responsibilities: Manage administative services like Adstream, Clearcast/ROI, Manage the internal finance tracker, Ensure all team members are accurately time tracking throughout projects, Collaborate with the team when communicating social events or internal comms.
